ProductMono builds landing pages for product brands. This page explains what information we handle and why. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- When you email us: your name, email address, and what you write, such as your store URL.
- When you pay: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, business name, email address and the amount paid. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you fill in the intake form: your answers and any files you choose to upload.
- When you visit our pages: basic, cookie-free usage statistics (for example, page views and how far a page was scrolled). We use them to know whether a page was viewed and to improve it.
Public information we use
To build pages, we read public product information and public customer reviews. On pages we publish, we quote reviewers by first name and last initial, as they appear publicly, along with the source.
How we use it
To build and deliver your pages, reply to you, process payments, keep records needed for accounting and disputes, and measure how pages perform. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and statistics), Google Workspace (email), and our form and AI tools used to build pages. Each handles data only to provide its service.
How long we keep it
Business and payment records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Sample pages for brands that don't become clients: taken down within 30 days of our last message, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, at [email protected]. Reply "no" to any of our emails and we won't email you again.
